2 Chefs, 3 Burgers

Join us on Saturday, August 10th for 3 Amazing Burgers from 2 local Chefs! No cover charge!
The Burgers:
Peanut Butter Jelly Burger
A 1/3 LB burger topped with bacon jelly, chile jelly, Thai peanut sauce with arugula, and heirloom tomatoes all served on a toasted sweet bun.
The “Popper” Burger
A 1/3 LB burger topped with cream cheese mixture that has roasted Anaheim peppers, roasted habanero peppers, caramelized onions and roasted garlic, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato and lettuce.
The Orchard Burger
A hand-made chuck patty with sharp white cheddar, bacon and apple jam, smoked Walla Walla onions, and a sweet jalapeño spread served on a brioche bun.
The Chefs:
Chef Seth Halling
Seth started as an apprentice to a Culinary Institute of America grad when he was sixteen. He’s cooked in kitchens all across the country including Kansas, Indiana, Utah, and Washington. Trained in mainly french techniques but knowledgeable in many others, his first Sous Chef position was at the age of 21 and he hopes to one day be the executive at a restaurant of his own.
Chef James Kelley
James has been cooking with passion in the Yakima Valley for 13+ years. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu institute with honors, he went on to hone his skills as a Chef in Sunnyside at the Owen Roe Winery. Currently, he teaches Culinary Arts and Sciences at Stanton academy in between privately catered events and time with his family.
The Details:
Winey dogs will be open from 12-7pm on August 10th for a special day of burgers, beer, fun and more!
Our normal menu will be available all day and the burgers will be available from 4 to 7! As always, vegetarian options will be available as well.
We will have $3 beers and $4 wine specials as well as live music.
Beer will include a good selection from local favorites including Reubens, Bale Breaker, Icicle Creek Brewery, and Everybody’s Brewing.
We will also serve a homemade fresh peach sundae made with Barrret Orchards fruit and housemade vanilla ice cream while supplies last. Yum!
